Terms Of Service
In short: You buy a licence to download and use digital files. You may use them in your own projects and, where the product page says so, commercially. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves. Please read the full terms below before you buy.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and every purchase you make from it. By placing an order or creating an account you confirm that you have read and accepted them, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
This store is operated by MIORRE LTD, trading as Cut Print Files, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17440190) with its registered office at 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”).
2. What we sell
We sell digital files such as STL models, laser-cut and CNC designs (SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, PDF), clipart and graphics, and bundles of these. No physical goods are shipped. Product pages describe the included file formats, the number of files and any licence details. Preview images may show finished or rendered examples; the files you receive are the design files themselves, not the physical item shown.
3. Your account
- You can check out as a guest or create an account. An account gives you access to your orders, downloads, wishlist and support tickets.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the service, breach these Terms or commit fraud.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the store currency and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
- Payment is taken when you place your order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
- We may correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery is digital. Once your payment is confirmed, download links appear on the order confirmation page, in the confirmation email and in My account → Downloads. Some products are delivered as a link to a cloud folder. If you cannot access your files, contact us through the Support Center and we will fix it promptly.
6. Licence
When you buy a product we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the files as described below, unless the product page states otherwise.
You may
- use the files for personal projects;
- make physical items from the files (for example 3D prints, laser-cut or engraved products) and sell those physical items, where the product is marked for commercial use;
- modify the files for your own use.
You may not
- resell, share, sublicense, upload, post or distribute the original or modified digital files, in whole or in part, including on file-sharing sites, marketplaces, forums, groups or cloud links;
- sell the files as part of another digital bundle or template;
- use our product images, descriptions or brand as your own;
- claim the designs as your own original work;
- use the files to train machine-learning models or to build a competing library.
The designs remain the intellectual property of Cut Print Files and its licensors. Where a product includes third-party elements with their own conditions, these are stated on the product page. A licence covers the buyer only; teams or additional users need their own licence. If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, ask us before you buy. See also our Commercial License page.
7. Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. By completing your purchase you ask us to give you immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, once the download has started or the files have been made available to you, you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase, as far as the law of your country allows such a waiver. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected.
8. Reviews and content you submit
Customers can review products they bought, with text and photos. By submitting a review you confirm that it is honest and based on your own experience, that you own or may share any photos, and you give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on this site and in our marketing. We may refuse to publish or may remove reviews that are false, abusive, unlawful, off-topic or contain personal data. Support messages and attachments you send us are used only to help you.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems; interfere with the site or overload it with automated requests; scrape or copy the catalogue; share download links publicly; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may limit the number or speed of downloads to protect the service.
10. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the site and your downloads available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, rename or remove products and may change these Terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the “last updated” date shown on this page. Files you already bought stay available to you for the period stated at purchase or, if none is stated, for as long as we operate the store.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Files are provided to the standard described on the product page. Results depend on your printer, machine, material and settings, which we cannot control; we do not guarantee that a design will work for a specific machine. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business arising from your use of the files, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. Copyright complaints
If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please follow the steps in our Copyright & DMCA Policy. We review valid notices promptly and remove infringing content.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Please contact us first and we will try to resolve any problem in good faith; if that fails, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring a claim in your home courts.
