Copyright & DMCA Policy

In short: We respect creators. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, tell us using the steps below and we will act quickly. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

1. Our approach to intellectual property

Cut Print Files, a trading name of MIORRE LTD (“we”, “us”), sells digital design files. We only want to offer files that we or our sellers have the right to sell. We do not allow files that copy someone else’s characters, logos, brands or designs without permission, and we do not allow files taken from other creators or marketplaces and resold without a licence.

2. Reporting a copyright infringement

If you are the copyright owner, or you are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe that a product, image, description or other content on this website infringes the copyright in your work, please send us a notice that includes all of the following:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed (for example a link to the original, or the title and where it was published).
  2. The exact web address (URL) of the page or file on our site that you believe is infringing, so that we can find it.
  3. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Where to send your notice

Copyright Agent, MIORRE LTD
Email: [email protected] (please put “Copyright notice” in the subject)
Or use our contact form or open a ticket in the Support Center and choose “Copyright”.
Postal address: 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom

Notices that do not contain the information above may be delayed because we need to ask you for the missing details.

4. What we do after a valid notice

  • We review the notice promptly and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the content.
  • We tell the person who published the content that it has been removed and why, and we may share your notice with them (including your contact details) so they can respond.
  • We keep a record of notices and the action taken.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or because of a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice with: your name, address, phone number and email; the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your signature. You must also agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location (or, if you are outside the United States, of a court where we are established) and to accept service of a legal claim from the person who sent the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice we will pass it to the person who made the original complaint. Unless that person tells us within 10 to 14 business days that they have started legal action, we may restore the content.

6. Repeat infringers

We will close the account of anyone who repeatedly posts or sells infringing content, and we will not allow them to sell again.

7. False notices

Please be careful: if you knowingly misrepresent that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, you may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

8. Trademarks and other rights

If your concern is about a trademark, a design right, personal data or another right and not copyright, contact us through the same channels with the exact URL and the details of your right. We will look into it and respond.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date below shows when it last changed.
