Privacy Policy
In short: We collect only what we need to sell you digital files, deliver them, give you support and run the store safely. We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is MIORRE LTD, trading as Cut Print Files, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17440190), 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom. Email: [email protected]. For any privacy question or request, open a ticket in the Support Center.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data and we do not use your data for automated decisions that significantly affect you.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your card details are entered on the checkout and processed by the provider; we never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details (such as the last digits of the card and the payment status).
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the store, and only what they need: payment processors, website hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, file-delivery and cloud-storage services used to deliver your downloads, and anti-fraud and security tools. We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers are located outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, as required by applicable law.
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to protect and speed up the site.
6. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work: keeping items in your cart, remembering that you are logged in, completing checkout and protecting forms against abuse. Our reviews, wishlist and support features may also store small items in your browser (for example a guest wishlist). If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some features, like the cart and checkout, will not work without them.
7. How long we keep data
- Order and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (commonly 6–10 years).
- Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Support tickets: for as long as needed to help you and to handle later questions about your order, then deleted or anonymised.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Server and security logs: a short period, normally no longer than 12 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and the Turkish KVKK), you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive a copy in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time; and complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us through the Support Center. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within the time the law allows (usually one month).
9. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords, restricted access and regular updates. Download links are protected so that only buyers can use them. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private. If a data breach affects you we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
10. Children
Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant we will let you know on the site or by email.
